The Chalet is approximately 6 1/2" tall (floor to top of boot) with a 7/8" thick sole. The Chalet fits true to U.S. women's sizing. If you usually wear a 1/2 size, order the next full size up (a 7 1/2 should order an 8). Emu Ridge Australia's Chalet Ankle boot features: Emu's unique Micron 20 100% Australian Merino Wool lining (not a blend); suede upper; a reinforced, dual stitched upper & heel counter for added comfort and strength; a comfortable EVA outsole to cushion your feet. The Merino Wool allows excess body moisture to escape as vapor through the sheepskin for dry comfortable feet. The Chalet is a wonderful addition to your winter wardrobe.
